BuyUSFlags.com is operated by Global Flags Unlimited, LLC (DBA FlagCo), based in Acworth, Georgia. We ship to the United States and Canada.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Custom and special orders may require additional processing time of 4-6 weeks.

Shipping Methods Shipping method and carrier are selected at our discretion based on order size and destination unless you provide specific shipping instructions at checkout. If you request a specific shipping method, any additional cost will be charged accordingly.

Shipping Costs Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. All prices are F.O.B. origin (Acworth, GA), freight prepaid.

FlagCo Flagpoles Flagpoles ship free by freight truck to any street address in the lower 48 states: curbside delivery with liftgate, no shipping charge at checkout. Poles are built to order in Acworth, Georgia, in 2 business days, then travel by freight carrier; allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. The carrier calls the phone number on your order to schedule delivery, and someone 18 or older must be there to inspect the pole and sign. Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us within 48 hours. Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, and addresses outside the United States: call 800-962-0956 for a quote before ordering. Addresses a full-size tractor trailer cannot reach may require a terminal pickup or a small-truck surcharge; we will contact you before the pole ships if your address is flagged. Delivery Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Please note that shipping charges do not guarantee a specific delivery date.

Inspecting Your Order Please inspect all packages upon delivery. Any damage to packaging or products must be noted at the time of delivery. If possible, take photos of the damage. Claims for damaged or missing items must be filed within 72 hours of delivery.

Canadian Orders Orders shipping to Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost.
